Joe is an experienced investment banker with prior senior positions at Cohen & Co/PrinceRidge, StormHarbour Securities, and Fusion Advisory Partners. He has participated in a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, fundraising efforts, and asset management products on the buy and sell sides. Most recently he was the Managing Director, Vice Chairman and Co-COO of Cohen & Co/PrinceRidge LLC, a New York investment bank. Earlier in his career he founded and led several leading executive search firms focused on the financial services sector – including, McCann Partners, KornFerry International, McCann Choi & Associates, and The Whitney Group. Joe started his career with Bankers Trust Company and Marine Midland Bank/HSBC, and has since worked across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia.

Joe has an MBA from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School and brokerage qualifications Series 7, 24, 63 and 79.  He is conversational in Spanish.
